For the last year I have been doing these little drawings. Most of them involve animals
and incorporate elements of the everyday working world.
I like me drawing things that make me think about how they are put together
and how they function, or how they don’t. Mainly I just really like drawing animals.

Framed Giclee Prints of Watercolor Paintings & Original Watercolors.
I’m pleased to present my watercolor “Floralscapes” as original paintings and as framed giclee prints. Inspired to paint the inner worlds of floral and plant life, I’ve been exploring an abstract and sensual world. This direction and focus for my art immerses me into a world of rich color and design as I paint, and excites and uplifts the spirits of all viewers.

The paintings in this show have a particularly Northwest light and atmosphere in common, whether they are plein-air studies or more developed studio works. My work explores the relationship between humans and our environment, both man-made and natural. I am particularly interested in the interface between urban, rural, and wild in this era of rapid environmental change.

This project started all because my partner loves records. We went from looking for records to looking for record covers. The collages are made up of multiple pieces, each from a different cover, all 50 years or older, then drawn on with pen and ink and then sealed. I am an artist and graphic designer with a love for old print.
