The first Saturday in May

While the horses back east are competing for flowers, we have a full field of Rosés going head to head for weekend entertainment.  You can pick a favorite or go for the long shot.  There are no losers in this race.

2020 Rotaton Cellars Rosé  $10
Chenin Blanc with a dash of Syrah
A great little value rosé from Cali with a beautifully floral bouquet of budding roses. The palate confirms the nose with subtle floral aromas secondary to the wonderfully ripe peach and stone fruits which greet you upon the first sip.

 2020 Radley & Finch Cinsault Rosé  $12
100% Cinsault from Western Cape, South Africa with notes of strawberries and hint of lemon pith.  Soft and silky on palate, where ripe strawberries and hints of lemon continue with a touch of melon.  Organic

2020 Ferrandiere Grenache Gris Rosé  $13
From the foothills of the Pyrenees, this is a crisp and easy Rosé with aromas and flavors of thyme, sour cherries in greek yogurt, mint, and cashew nougat with a supple, crisp, light body and a sleek, breezy finish that presents notes of underripe watermelon.

2020 Quartre Tours Aix en Provence  Rosé Classique  $14
40% Grencahe, 15%Cinsault, 15% Syrah, 15% Cab Sauv
Fresh and delicate, with fruity notes (pomelo, green apple, red fruits) and a hint of spice.  Delightfully refreshing with flavors of red currants, strawberries and grapefruit.

2016 Castelmaur, Vin-Gris Corbieres Rosé  $14
80% Grenache, 10% Carignan, 10% Cinsault.
A classic Gris de Gris wine with salmon hues. Delicate strawberry nose, seamless and fine pointed. Still tasting great after 5 years.

2019 Corte Giacobbe Pinot Griggio Ramatto  $15
Freom Veneto, this Pinot Grigio, picks up its color from 12 hours masceration of it skins.  It is aged 3 months on it leas.  The wine has notes of tropical fruit, such as pineapple and heightened by subtle floral notes of spring wildflowers. Elegant and silky smooth on the palate. Is it a rosé?  Is it an Orange Wine?  Is it both?

 2020 Anne Amie, Rosé of Pinot Noir  $15
A Willamette Valley rosé with aromas of strawberry, orange blossom, citrus pith, wet stone.  The flavor has notes of rhubarb compote, marmalade, pink grapefruit, and honey.  Crisp and yummy.

2020 Chapoutier, Bila Haut Rosé  $15
Cinsault, Grenache
Red fruits, and gentle floral aromas with crisp mineral flavors with a hint of citrus in the lingering finish.

2018 Domaine Pélaquié, Tavel  Rive Droite Rosé  $18
60% Grenache, 20% Mourvèdre, 20% Cinsault
Smooth, generous and fruity, with an amber-shaded color of incredible intensity.

2020 Domaine Des Annibals, VAR Rosé  $20
60% Cinsault, 30% Syrah, 10% Grenache
A classic Provence, striking in its depth as its exuberant nose of raspberry, lime, mint, and warm sand. 2019 La Spinetta, Il Rosé di Casanova  $20
50% Sangiovese, 50% Prugnolo Gentile
Aromas of sliced peaches, flowers, stones and chalk very complex with full body and round yet agile and dynamic intensity, salty, linear, energetic backbone of acidity, great structure and lovely finish.

2018 Famille Bourgeous, Les Jeunes Vignes Sancere Rosé  $22
Pinot Noir
This refreshing, very fruity rosé will seduce you with its bouquet of ripe red fruits. It’s fresh and particularly well-balanced in structure and aromas.
