What wines pair with hardboiled eggs?

This Sunday is the first Sunday after the first full moon after the Equinox. And you know what that means. Bunnies, candy and hiding colored eggs. But what to drink with the eggs after you find them? We’ll be popping some corks and trying to answer that question. If the wines don’t match the eggs, they very well might match the rest of your Sunday Menu. Come taste.

Friday

Intense, complex bouquet on the nose with Mediterranean citrus sensations, followed by aromas of violet, bergamot, wet stone, forest leaves and elegant hints of white pepper. Velvety, harmonious and fresh on the palate with sustained acidity and a neat, savory long finish.

Sunday

2021 Maison Calvet, Vouvray ‘Beau Rocher’ $17
