2017 Bastide des Oliviers, Classique Rosé $16 or the big 1.5ltr $33

2015 Domaine de la Biscarelle Début d’une Histoire  $15

Sunday, come beat the heat with two refreshing wines from Italy.  We start out in Tuscany with a little Vermentino, followed by a Sicilian rosé.
2016 Castellani, Vermentino  $13
A crisp Tuscan white with floral notes of white flowers, with stone and Mediterranean spices, sage, rosemary, and mint. The taste is persistent, full and well balanced by the mineral notes and the bright acidity.
2017 Regaleali, Le Rosé  $11
Nerello Mascalese
Le Rosé offers delicate aromas of cherry, raspberry, blackberry, and, appropriate to its name, rose petals. Rich on the palate with refreshing acidity and a long, flavorful finish, this is what Sicilians enjoy in the summertime.

Madrona Wine Merchants offers free wine tastings featuring 4-5 selections on a theme every Saturday from 2 until the bottles run out and on Sunday we offer a mini-tasting of two wines all day from 11-5.
